Jacqueline is a seasoned investment banker, experienced special situations investment director and trusted adviser with 25+ years' global experience. She holds international track record advising and financing over USD25+billion cross-border Direct Investments in multiple sectors, including expertise developing corresponding structured products spanning the full debt-equity spectrum. Most recently, as Managing Director at Macallan Capital, Jacqueline expanded the firm's global footprint and principal investments expertise. Previously based in Europe for 13+ years, Jacqueline was Senior Director at BNP Paribas-Fortis where she had held Executive Director roles at Fortis Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking Divisions in the UK, the USA, and Benelux; she spearheaded M&A Structured Finance & Alternative Investments, originating and managing a diversified global portfolio to USD15+billion. Before BNPP-Fortis, Jacqueline had worked at Societe Generale Investment Bank in London and Paris, advising and financing Energy and Oil&Gas transactions across EMEA; and, at Bankers Trust Australia in Acquisitions and Structured Finance. Jacqueline commenced her career at Ernst & Young New Zealand, where she became Head of Special Reviews (M&A and Restructuring), with a period in Hong Kong working on Corporate Restructurings and Insolvencies in the greater China region. Jacqueline's NED experience includes MC Investment Advisers (Board Director), CWN London (Board Member and Chair of Business Committee), Opus Alpha Fund (Investment Advisory Panel), Cure Brian Cancer Foundation (Financial Working Group). Jacqueline graduated summa cum laude and first in class, earning a postgraduate specialist MBA-Master in International Finance – MIF degree awarded with Distinction (1st), conferred jointly by the University of Amsterdam Graduate Business School and Graduate Faculty of Economics & Econometrics. She read undergraduate studies in Mathematics, Management Science, Finance & Accountancy, graduating with a triple major BCom degree and Distinction Honours in Commercial Law from University of Canterbury. She holds postgraduate certification in European Politics & Public Policy from Utrecht University, and professional certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments UK. Jacqueline is multilingual, a CA member of CAANZ, and an ASEAN Scholar.
